The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of G.R. Case No. 1852 of 2011 arising out of English Bazar P.S. Case No. 342 fo 2011 dated 09.06.2011 under Sections 447/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application along with CRAN 1 of 2013 (Old CRAN 1178 of 2012) stand dismissed on merit.
