Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on March 7, 2020, the original Complaint Case No. CR 67 of 2015, which was then pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Siliguri has been dismissed and to that extent, a copy of the case status of the concerned Court has been filed. Let it be kept with the record.

It is submitted that in view of the dismissal of the original complaint case, the revisional application has become infructuous and he does not want to proceed with matter.

In view of the submission, let this matter be also dismissed as infructuous.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
