The report reflects that for certain mental health issues the petitioner, at the relevant point of time, had been under treatment. But, considering the mental health status of the present petitioner, I am of the opinion that he should not be made a victim of the circumstances because of his mental health issues at the locality and/or society concerned.

The petitioner has accusation against one Amit Hyala.

If the petitioner further complains against Amit Hyala, in that case, police

authorities would conduct an enquiry and ensure that if the accusations of the petitioner are correct, in that case, necessary steps be taken in consonance with Section 126 of the BNSS which may include amongst others a direction for staying outside the jurisdiction of Shyam Pukur Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18901 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
