A copy of the same is handed over to learned advocate appearing for the State.

Learned advocate for the Union of India and the Aadhaar authorities submits that as per the queries from the State, all the information available in respect of the private respondents have been provided. The queries have been answered. If the State wants some more information or clarification, the respondent authorities shall answer the same and cooperate with the investigation.

Learned advocate for the State expresses concern over the fact that in respect of some of the private respondents, the documents requisitioned by them are

not available. The State may have to ask for clarification in this regard.

A vakalatnama filed on behalf of the respondent No.4 is taken on record.

It appears that a report has been submitted by the Union of India and the Aadhaar authorities.

If further opinion and/or clarification is required in this regard, the investigating agency shall be at liberty to write to the concerned authorities who shall cooperate with the investigation.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
