Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits date has been fixed for consideration of charge. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner along with co-accused set on fire in the office of the cooperative society to destroy records. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge. Under such circumstances and the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
