1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation is present and files the affidavit-in-opposition and the same is taken on record.

2. The present writ petition of the year 2010 has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to take immediate steps as per Section 411 of the Kolkata Municipal Act to complete the demolition process.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.

4. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.

5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
