The present writ petition was filed with allegation of illegal and unauthorized construction at Premises No. 29/3/A and 29/3/A/1, Golam Hossain Sardar Lane, Post Office and Police Station- Shibpur, Howrah, Pin711 102. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has received instruction from his client that he is not willing to continue with the writ petition any further.

Prayer has been made to permit him to withdraw the writ petition.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'. It will be open for the Howrah Municipal Corporation to take steps against any illegal and unauthorized construction carried on at the subject premises, in accordance with law.

The written instruction given by the petitioner to the learned advocate be retained with the records. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
