Mr. Dhananjay Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioners, submits that his clients are not willing to proceed with the present revisional application.

C.O. 2995 of 2019 is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.

He, however, prays for a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for disposal of his prayer for sending the copy of the order to the prescribed authority for correction of the record of rights of the suit property.

The 1st Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandernagore, DistrictHooghly is directed to communicate the judgment and order no. 44 dated February 18, 1992 passed in Misc. Case no. 10 of 1986 which was affirmed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 44 of 1992 by the 1st Court of Additional District Judge, Hooghly to the prescribed authority for correction of the record of rights of the suit plot in terms of the judgment and order of preemption. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
