1. Though we do not approve the manner in which the writ petition is disposed of at the threshold, but in view of the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Sri Gobindalal Biswas & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors. in MAT 819 of 2024 dated 6th January, 2025, the instant appeal being FMA 997 of 2024, along with its connected application, are also dismissed as the points involved in the instant appeal are identical and similar to the points involved in the aforementioned appeal.
