Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned action of the respondent concerned blocking his Electronic Credit Ledger and against the same, the petitioner has made representation first on 31st October, 2021 and thereafter on 30th November, 2021 as appears from Annexure P-2 to the writ petition, which has not been considered by the respondent concerned till date.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition, being WPA 19494 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax/Respondent No.1 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 30th November, 2021 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three weeks from the date of communication of this order

and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that some relevant documents in support of his contention is required to be considered by the respondent concerned and considering his submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to produce the relevant documents before the respondent concerned within a week from date, which shall also be taken into consideration by the respondent concerned at the time of consideration of the aforesaid representation.

With these observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
