The alleged contemnor is personally present in Court. He has filed an affidavit of compliance. He is a new incumbent to the post. In the affidavit, the alleged contemnor has disclosed a letter dated 23rd September, 2021 from which it appears that Ranjit Banerjee, the applicant has received certified copy of B.R. Case No.37 of 1969 with all land schedule and "B" Form. The application was filed on 17th August, 2022. This is a clear misrepresentation of fact. However, an apology is tendered by Mr. Ranjit Banerjee for such mistake. In view of the compliance, the contempt application being WPCRC 79 of 2023 (CPAN 830 of 2022) is disposed of.

Personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

Rule stands discharged.
