Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that other than the statement of a co-accused, there are no other incriminating materials available against the present petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She submits that there are CDR and SDR details regarding phone calls between the co-accused and the present petitioners. On similar footing, the application for anticipatory bail of other co-accuseds were rejected on 27.03.2025 in CRM (A) 936 of 2025 and on 04.04.2025 in CRM (A) 1091 of 2025.

In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the call detailed records and the fact that the anticipatory bail application for similarly circumstanced co-accused was rejected by this Court earlier, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2890 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
