Petitioners and the private respondents both claim title over a same plot of land and which both of them claim that the other side is not allowing them to cultivate the land. Both the learned advocates stress on the factum of the record of rights.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under section 126/135 BNSS.

In view of the police authorities being well aware regarding the issue prevailing at the locale, I am of the opinion that the police authorities would interfere in case there is violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18248 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
