Mr. Samrat Ghosh ... For the respondent no.7 The matter has appeared at the instance of the learned advocate representing the petitioners for correction of the order dated 20th August, 2024. In the 1st line of 3rd paragraph of page 3 of the said order in place and instead of "The concerned D.I. of Schools", "The Commissioner of School Education" shall be inserted.

The sentence - "Steps shall be taken for issuance of revised PPO in the proper scale of pay of the petitioners." shall be added at the end of the said paragraph.

The order dated 20th August, 2024 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

Let this order be read along with the order dated 20th August, 2024.
