Considering the materials available in the case diary more particularly the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which has exonerated the petitioner no.1 and also having considering the statement of the victim that the marriage is going to be solemnized on 20th August, 2024, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners namely, Bikram Barman @ Burman, Piru Barman @ Jyotish Barman @ Burman, Suchitra Barman, Sampa Barman @ Burman and Sukanta Barman @ Burman, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/- each, with two registered sureties, to the satisfaction of Arresting Signed By :

Officer, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. The petitioner nos. 1, 2, 5 shall meet the I.O. on the date and time as may be intimated till the submission of final report and the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 shall cooperate with the investigation. 3.

In the event the petitioners fail to comply with any of the conditions as mentioned above, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail in accordance with law without any further reference to this Court. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.
