Case No. 654 of 2024 dated 29.12.2024. The police authorities have also collected materials and ensured that no construction takes place.

Accordingly, it is directed that till further orders of the learned Civil Court, the police authorities would maintain strict vigil and ensure that no construction takes place.

In view of the grievance of the petitioner being addressed, further pendency of the writ petition is not warranted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19101 of 2024 is disposed of.
