He submits charge has been framed under Section 304 instead of Section 302 IPC. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits trial has progressed and a number of prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials connecting the petitioner with the crime and trial is in progress. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in July, 2022. Under such circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
