Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the representation made to the Officer-in-Charge, Goghat Police Station on 24.06.2024.

The contents of the same reflect that the petitioner is being restrained from cultivating his own land.

Petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate jurisdictional court for relief. If the jurisdictional court grants any relief to the petitioner,

the police authorities then would abide by the order of the said court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19091 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
