The grievance of the guardian of the victim relates to the victim child being missing on the second occasion.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on 07.07.2024 the victim girl was recovered and was produced before the Child Welfare Committee on 08.07.2024 and was placed at Nagendranagar Child Care Home for Girls. Let the report be kept with the record.

As the victim girl child has been recovered, the petitioner is not interested further to proceed with the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 19103 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
