Mr. Rudranil De Mr. Subhranil Ghosh ...for the petitioner Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC Mr. K.J.Yusuf Mr. Saurav Chaudhuri ...for the State Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya Mr. Bibek Dutta Ms. Keya Panja ...for the WBBSE Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of order dated 19th November, 2024 when Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra, learned advocate representing West Bengal Central School Service Commission on instruction submits that petitioner is the only candidate under died in harness category at present to be appointed in a Hindi Medium School in the District of Purulia. It is further submitted since petitioner being the sole candidate there is no predicament in recommending petitioner for being appointed as Group-D staff in Rajasthan Vidyapith, Purulia based on submission of vacancy statement by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purulia. Since it has already been submitted by the learned advocate representing the State-respondents on previous

occasion that post of Group-D is lying vacant in Rajasthan Vidyapith, Purulia, District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purulia being respondent no. 4 is directed to forward vacancy statement to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission by 7 (seven) days from date. On receipt of vacancy statement from respondent no. 4 Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission is directed to issue recommendation and forward it to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education being respondent no. 7 by 7 (seven) days thereafter. On receipt of recommendation from the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, Secretary of the Board is directed to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner by 4 (four) weeks thereafter on completing formalities.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
