Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved 13.08.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.22 Rakib by the inaction of the English Bazar Police Station as there was no response in respect of the representation dated 20.07.2024. Petitioner alleged that he was assaulted by 8/9 unknown miscreants and when his father went to save him he was also pushed, assaulted and thereafter the miscreants ransacked his house. Learned advocate for the private respondents are present and submits that the dispute is between the nephew (being the petitioner) and the private respondents (being the uncle). Learned advocate further submits that a family dispute has been distorted for invoking police action.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Be that as it may, since more than a year has passed since such an information was sent to the police station. If the petitioner is faced with any inconveniences, a fresh representation be submitted, police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19102 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
