Mr. Mobakshar Islam ....For the Petitioners Mr. Mobakshar Islam, learned advocate appears for the writ petitioners. He, on instruction, submits that the writ petitioners are no more willing to proceed with this writ petition and prays for withdrawal thereof. A copy of the written instruction from the writ petitioners to one Mr. Sekhar Pal, learned advocate dated November 11, 2022 is placed before this Court. The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 15831 of 2016 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
