The present criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated July 03, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas in case No. M-225 of 2020 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisrate, 2nd Court at Baruuipur, South 24 Parganas.

The matter was last heard on 10.08.2023.

There is no representation on behalf of either sides. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The revisional application being CRR 2870 of 2023 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
