On the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, we grant leave to learned advocate for the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh.

The application for bail being CRM (DB) 2461 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of such withdrawal, the Officer-in-Charge attached to Sarthak is directed to remove the soft copy of the bail petition from the server.

Let certified copy of the order of the learned trial Court be returned to learned advocate on record for the petitioner upon furnishing an authenticated copy of the same for the purpose of being kept on record.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the appropriate authority of Sarthak.
