The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the charge sheet dated 30.09.2018 and proceeding in connection with Dum Dum Police Station Case No.1173 of 2017 dated 20.11.2017 under Sections 347/324/354B/308/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore. 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners since listing.

As Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned counsel assisting Mr. Ali and the learned Public Prosecutor is not in the panel, Ms. Puspita Saha present in court shall assist Mr. Ali and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Considering the nature of the present proceeding and the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to agitate the issue raised in the revision at the time of trial.

5. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
