The Court in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner passed order on July 18, 2022 in WPA 4607 of 2020 directing the Municipality to conduct fresh inspection and take necessary steps in the matter within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The time period granted by the Court to take steps in the matter is yet to be over. The petitioner has approached this Court once again with the selfsame relief.

The prayer of the petitioner cannot be granted. The writ petition stands dismissed.
