Perused the case diary.

It is the prosecution case that after taking some marijuana, the petitioner, a cleaner of a building complex, assaulted its manager causing permanent damage to his left ear.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report, the statement of the victim and the independent witness, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
