Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he and his 14.08.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.27 Rakib son have been assaulted and no steps were taken by the police authorities which has compelled the petitioner to approach this Court.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Nadial Police Station case no. 116 dated 10.07.2025 was registered for investigation. Steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Having considered that police authorities did take steps in accordance with law at the relevant point of time, the grievance of the petitioner is addressed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved so far as the investigation is concerned, petitioner would address the same before the jurisdictional Court by taking out appropriate application. With the aforesaid observations WPA 18319 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
