1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. In view of the medical report 25th July, 2022, the petitioner, prima facie, has been able to make out a case for consideration of her general transfer on medical ground.

3. Since the online application for transfer is temporarily suspended, we permit the appellant to file an application offline with proper documents for consideration by the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas.

4. The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), North 24 Parganas is directed to consider the said application within two weeks from the date of filing of the application and send his comments and views to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission for taking a final decision on the basis of the available records.

5. In the event the Central School Service Commission recommends transfer, the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall issue transfer order without any delay.

6. The entire process shall be completed within eight weeks

from the date of submission of the offline application for transfer before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), North 24 Parganas.

7. The appeal and the application are allowed and stand disposed in terms of this order.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
