1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioner had assaulted her with a stick. As a result, her left arm was broken. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with co-accused who has been granted pre-arrest bail. Hence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
