Smt. Munmun Sarkar The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for Judgement and order dated 22.07.2019 passed by the learned ACJM, Jangipur, Murshidabad in M.R Case No.388 of 2015 whereby the petitioner was directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- for the opposite party and Rs.20,000/- for his two minor child.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
