The petitioner seeks modification of the order passed on 8th January, 2025 to the extent that the bond of Rs.4,50,000/- directed to be furnished shall be subject to satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the order dated 8th January, 2025 is modified to the extent that the seized vehicle be returned to the petitioner/registered owner on furnishing bond of Rs.4,50,000/- instead of bank guarantee of the same amount subject to satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
