Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations, the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report of the victim which shows inflicting of grievous injury, the FIR and other statements of the witnesses and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
