1. CRAN 1 of 2022 is an application for condonation of delay of 38 days (as per office report) in filing the present appeal for cancellation of bail.

2. Causes shown being sufficient, the delay is condoned. CRAN 1 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.

3. CRA (DB) 165 of 2022 was filed by National Investigation Agency (NIA) for cancellation of interim bail granted to the private opposite parties herein by the learned Special Court.

4. Mr. Maiti, learned counsel, representing NIA says that because of change of circumstances, this issue of cancellation of interim bail may be sent back to the learned Special Court for consideration.

5. We, therefore, dispose of CRA (DB) 165 of 2022 by leaving the issue of cancellation of interim bail of the private opposite parties to be considered and decided by the learned Special Court.
