Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Apart from the statement of a co-accused, there is a criminal antecedent of the petitioner for involvement in a case of similar nature. CDR analysis could not be done as the petitioner's phone number was not available.

Considering the above and the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the restrictions contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 2863 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
