Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. The petitioner is the husband of the victim who breathed her last in her matrimonial home. The case was registered in 2010. The petitioner was absconding for 15 years. Considering the material on record particularly the conduct of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
