Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

This application has been filed praying for a direction upon the learned appellate court being learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas to hear out the Title Appeal No. 02 of 2013 expeditiously. 3.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the said appeal is pending for a long period and has not been disposed of yet for which the petitioner is suffering prejudice. 4.

In the above facts and circumstances, no fruitful purpose will be served by directing issuance of notice upon the opposite parties.

Thus, this application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas to hear out the Title Appeal No. 02 of 2013 expeditiously preferably within a period of five weeks from the next date so fixed.

With the above directions, the application being C.O. No. 2894 of 2025 is disposed of.
