The petitioner is serving as a primary school teacher. He prays for issuance of the TET qualifying certificate in his favour.

The TET 2014 Roll number of the petitioner is 060106012.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Board raises a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition. It has been submitted that the petitioner did not make any notice demanding justice or did not file any representation

before the Board praying for issuance of the TET certificate prior to filing of the writ petition. It appears from the submissions made on behalf of the parties that the petitioner was treated as a TET qualified candidate and accordingly, he was appointed as primary school teacher.

As there is no grievance with regard to the TET qualification of the petitioner, accordingly, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to take steps for issuance of the TET qualifying certificate in favour of the petitioner at the earliest, but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the Admit Card of the petitioner to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
