I direct the Principal Secretary of the Education Department of Government of West Bengal to give a hearing to the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order and to take a decision on the basis of DCRB Scheme. The Principal Secretary will also take into account the Judgement of the Division Bench being MAT 1917 of 2019 (State of West Bengal -vs.- Rabindra Nath Bose). The decision is to be communicated by two weeks from the date of communication of this order. With the above observation and decision, this matter is disposed of.
