None appears from the side of the opposite party. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved in mediation proceeding where the parties are agreed to withdraw the Matrimonial Suit No. 479 of 2020 filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the husband/opposite party pending before the First Court of learned Additional District Judge at Serampore, Hooghly and the Maintenance Case No. 287 of 2021 filed by the wife/petitioner pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barasat, North 24 Parganas and the present application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure being C.O. 2113 of 2021.

The learned advocate for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the final report submitted by the mediator along with terms of settlement.

Perused the terms of settlement and the report of the mediator, which substantiate the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner.

Therefore, in view of the final report of the mediator, the application being C.O. 2113 of 2021 is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Connected application, if any, also stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, be applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
