The petitioners are aggrieved that their technical bid for Road Transportation of bulk petroleum products from Paradeep Terminal, submitted on 13th August, 2021, was rejected.

It is submitted that the petitioners had uploaded all documents as required by the respondents in the NIT. Counsel for the IOC submits that the documents of pre-qualification as annexed at page 31 to 36 of the writ petition, were in fact not so uploaded along with the tender.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioners in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

There will be no order as to costs.
