Ms. Sonali Das ...... for the State Heard the learned advocates appearing for the parties. We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the murder. Petitioner and co-accuseds have contributed substantially to the delay in the proceeding.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
