It is further submitted there is no material connecting him with the robbery. Accordingly, he renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits trial is in progress.

We have considered the materials on record. Stolen articles were recovered from the petitioner soon after the robbery. In view of the aforesaid material and as trial is in progress, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
