It is submitted that in terms of the Court's order dated 01.04.2024 a reasoned order has been passed on 27th June, 2024.

Mr. Jana, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that similar order passed by the respondents has been interfered with by the Court on 14.03.2019 in W. P. 19948(W) of 2018.

This Court is of the view that a fresh cause of action has arisen.

Since the order has been complied with, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the instant contempt application.

Accordingly, CPAN 1241 of 2024 is disposed of. 6.

There will be no order as to costs.
