The present proceedings which are the subject matter of the application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure relate to Case No. M-12 of 2022 which is pending before the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007. Having regard to the scheme of the Act, which has been filed it cannot be a subject matter of consideration for invoking the jurisdiction of this court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised, by invoking the jurisdiction of the appellate fourm or the appropriate civil court authorised under the law. No interference is made in this revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 3052 of 2022 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
