Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioners in subjecting the minor to gang rape, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
