Petitioner is aggrieved as there has been interference by the private respondents in the construction of the boundary wall which the petitioner claims to be his own land.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report encloses a document which reflects that one of the plots being plot no. 961 is a Government vested land and plot no. 965 is recorded in favour of a third party. As such the Executive Magistrate directed for taking action by the Officer-in-Charge of Mejia Police Station.

Having considered that the Executive Magistrate has assessed regarding the title available in the records with the concerned Government Department, I am of the view that the plea of the petitioner relating to interference so far as the construction of boundary wall is concerned cannot be interfered by this Court. Petitioner would be at

liberty to approach the appropriate forum for exhausting remedies.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18349 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
