As the certificate of the petitioner has been found to be lying in the office of the Council it will be open for the petitioner to approach the office of the Dakshin Dinajpur District Primary School Council to collect the two year D.EL.ED course (ODL MODE) certificate from the office. The Council is directed to immediately handover the certificate to the petitioner as and when he approaches the office.

No further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
