This writ petition is filed at the behest of the applicant of the tribunal application seeking expeditious disposal of the said application pending since 2019.

The order dated 15th July, 2022 would reveal that the said tribunal application is otherwise ready for final disposal and, in fact, is fixed for hearing on 1st November, 2022. It further transpires that on the prayer of the respondent no. 5 herein the Tribunal has mechanically granted adjournment though it is recorded 'as a last chance'.

Be that as it may, the said tribunal application is fixed for final disposal immediately after reopening of the Tribunal following long Puja vacation. We trust and hope that the Tribunal would take up the said matter on the said date and dispose of the proceeding as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month therefrom.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
