Petitioner submits he is the brother-in-law of the victim lady and he has been falsely implicated. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows she has been forcibly raped and in view of the nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
